Over the Top

Sometimes it can be exhausting to hold ourselves to high standards - and much of what we talk about on this site has to do with being easy on ourselves, doing things more simply, etc. However, there is something to be said for "going over the top" and it too can be exhilarating. The trick is being fully present and aware of the choices that we make. If it is fun ~ it is good. The view can be really beautiful when you go over the top. ~Kathy~
