Quiet Time
When my kids were little, we used to have "quiet time" every day. It is easy to forget the refueling power of quiet and rest. Rest is not just for sleep. It is a time to refuel and replenish. Read a book. Meditate. Walk to the mailbox and breath some air. Pull a few weeds. Do what pleases you. Know what that is. Let your brain rest. How will you recharge yourself this week?
