Affirmations to Support "Volunteer Abundance"
If you believe in the power of positive thought, print this out, think it and speak it out loud on a daily basis.
I am comfortable sharing responsibility with others; I have a list of people to whom I can delegate tasks.
I know that when I share responsibility, it gives me more energy to lead.
Through delegation, I make a conscious effort to create buy-in, build trust and validate others talents.
I have an abundance mentality - there are enough volunteers to go around. All I have to do is ask.
I make every effort to think two steps ahead.
I delegate time-consuming repetitive tasks to others.
I have confidence in others’ abilities to do a job as well – or better – than I can do it myself.
I know that by delegating responsibility to others, I am growing the resources of the organization.
I am capable of stating clear objectives and deadlines.
My habitual response to receiving new and good ideas is “That’s a fantastic idea! Would you like to help implement that?”
There is power in intention. Growth is inevitable!
With the best of leaders,
When the work is done,
The project completed,
The people all say,
We did it ourselves.
